Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having similar allegation, one co-accused, namely, Rajeshwar Yadav has already been granted bail by this court after perusing the case diary.

Taking note of the aforesaid submission as well as this aspect of the matter that there is general allegation of assault against the petitioner and other accused, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
