Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69182 of 2019.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after framing of charge five witnesses have already been examined and there is no allegation of tampering the evidence by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions
