JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 The petitioner now challenges the decision taken by the Deputy Secretary, Road Construction Department, i.e., the opposite party no. 4, contained in Annexure A to the show-cause, in compliance of the order dated 13.08.2013 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 22746 of 2012.

However, in my considered opinion, this is not a competent forum for the said purpose.

Accordingly, the proceeding is dropped.

However, if the petitioner is so advised, he would be at liberty to assail the action/order of the authority concerned before a competent forum.
