Petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, a Goods Train Guard, lodged the case against unknown for robbing. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confessional statement of coaccused. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that neither any recovery from the possession of the petitioner has been made nor put on T.I.P. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The co-accused of this case has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4240 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 No. 52000 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014.
