JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel, appearing for the Vigilance. Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Vijay Kumar Mishra, who had demanded money and so far as the bribe money is concerned; the same was recovered from conscious possession of Upendra Mani Tiwary. So far as petitioner is concerned; it is stated that Vijay Kumar Mishra, after accepting the money, handed over the same to the petitioner who, later on, handed over the said money to Upendra Mani Tiwary Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2925 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special Case No. 37 of 2015 arising out of Vigilance P.S.
