Petitioners being the parents and brother of the husband of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that marriage between Shankar Kumar Paswan and the complainant is in dispute.

Considering the thrust of accusation against Shankar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39102 of 2014 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 Kumar Paswsan, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur ( Madhubani) in connection with T.R. No. 2408/2014 arising out of C.R. No. 444 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (

2) of the Cr. P.C.
