JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that deceased left his home with the petitioner and one Anil Ray but subsequently, the dead body of the deceased was recovered near a bridge. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, coaccused Anil Ray having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail and petitioner appears to be man of clean antecedent.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
