2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. Allegedly, during vehicle checking by the informant and other police personnel, the petitioners on seeing the police party tried to flee away but were apprehended. On search, 20 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the alleged motorcycle by which the petitioners were travelling.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65694 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. He has also submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and are under custody since 2107.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-Vth-cum-Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Bihar Sharif (Nalanda in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
