The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sadar P.S. Case No. 355 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 307, 498A, 494 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that the petitioners used to torture the informant for non fulfillment of dowry demand. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22427 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are Father-in-law, Mother-in-Law and Gotani of the informant who are separate in mess and business.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 355 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
