2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Economic Offence Unit P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 153, 153A(1) (a), 153A(1)(b), 153A(1)(c), 297, 505(1)(b), 505(1)(c), 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66, 66(f) of I.T. Act, 2000.
3. As per F.I.R, the petitioner had circulated some comments in his Whatsupp account during the Ram Navmi.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Case No. 63232 of 2023 vide order dated 09.10.2023.
5. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 09.10.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 63232 of 2023, this bail application is also allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-I, Patna in connection with Economic Offence Unit P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
