The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Piro P.S.Case No. 28 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 354(A)(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner opened fire and actively participated in the commission of occurrence for which the FIR was registered inter alia under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is dismissed.
