JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, realizing the difficulty in pursuing the instant writ proceedings, seeks liberty to approach the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.1) for raising their grievance with respect to grant of revised pay scale to the employees working in the Society as per the revised pay scale applicable to the State Government.

The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners.
