The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 313, 376, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged in the FIR that the younger son of the petitioners used to torture the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law of the informant and are old aged persons. The petitioners have also got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22420 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
