16-01-2019 Heard Sri Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Narsingh Tanti, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
In a very short span of time, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail. Recently, on 08-08-2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 34024 of 2018, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, considering the fact that there was accusation against the petitioner that he had cheated handicapped persons and he was accused in number of cases.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the mother of the petitioner has already left for heavenly abode.
Fact remains that without expiry of six months from the date of rejection of last order, the present petition was filed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80611 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 on 31-12-2018. Accordingly, there is no need to interfere with the matter.
The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
