2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisari P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the husband of the informant was going to his house, the brother-in-law of the informant and his wife started abusing him. On protest, the accused persons thrashed down him to the ground and co-accused Vidyasagar assaulted him with iron rod, due to which, he sustained head and nose injuries.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent. There is no allegation

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State Sri J.N. Thakur has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisari P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
