The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in G.O. Case No. 355 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 1915.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be
