2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103, 111(2), 111(3), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Gupta. Even, in the confession of co-accused, there is no allegation of participation of petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62650 of 2025(3) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.
