The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, on 2.6.2023, informant was sitting at the counter of Manager of Banchan Bank and 10 other staffs of the Bank were having lunch in other room in the mean time four miscreants on two motorcycle came there and entered into the Bank. On pistol point, looted cash of Rs. 11,57,078/- from cash counter, TAB and his VIVO Company mobile and fled away.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Neither

During investigation, accused Amrendra was arrested and he confessed about the involvement of the petitioner in bank loot. So called looted money was recovered from the house of accused Satya Prakash, Ranjan Kumar and Amarendra Kumar and not from the petitioner. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 12.6.2023.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
