Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No.380 of 2021 registered under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.17167 of 2022 and Cr.Misc.No.18839 of 2022 (Annexure 2 series). No.60696 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 2 series, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No.380 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
