JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
It alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant and made attempt to commit theft. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and his name transpired in the statement of the apprehended co-accused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated accused Sanjeet Kumar Mahto has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 1521 of 2015. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
