2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown criminals came on two motorcycles and have threatened the petitioner and on gun point, looted one motorcycle, Rs. 11,500/- and one mobile phone from the informant.

4. During investigation and in the self inculpatory statement of the petitioner, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 6.6.2024 and is accused in six more cases of serious and similar nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
