The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injury. Specific accusation of assault by Dabia is against Devta Kumari. So far these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Moreover, FIR has been lodged after delay of six days without any plausible explanation.
