This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 04.07.2012 passed in Complaint Case No.664C of 2012 by the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, summoning the accused including the petitioner, on inquiry, under Section 204 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, finding prima facie case under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against them.

3. From perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court for interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
