Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 307 and other sections of the IPC.

The informant Dashrath Sah alleged that all the accused persons assaulted him and his family members. It is submitted that there is counter version bearing Majorganj P.S.Case No.110 of 2014 in which from the side of the petitioners, two persons were injured.

Considering the facts that there is case and counter case, the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41025 of 2014 (2) dt.02-04-2015 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.Case No.109 of 2014, subject to condition laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
