Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.
Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be the main assailant and carries criminal antecedent of several cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case no. 60/2014 arising out of Sessions Trial no. 56/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Munger stands rejected.
However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
