This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 162 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/38(i) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that there being no evidence to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
