The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 436 of 2012, corresponding to T.R. No. 2429 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law of the daughter of the complainant. The complainant has not made any specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners. The husband has already been enlarged on regular bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5333 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 436 of 2012, corresponding to T.R. No. 2429 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
