The present petition has been preferred for the following relief:

(i) to issue of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions including in the nature of mandamus for direction to the Respondents authorities to make an enquiry and if the Shop no. 13, Plot no. 1884, Khata no. 755 and its

Patna High Court CWJC No.16873 of 2022(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/3 Area-15'X12 and his boundary:- East - 1.B Compound West- P.W.D. Road North- Shop no.14 South-Shop no.12 is found to be not of the Respondent no.7 and 8 then it may be vacated by the authorities, whereas the S.H.O., Kochas, Rohtas has already been breaked the lock of the said shop and illegally hand over to the Respondent no.7 and 8 without any valid documents regarding the said shop no.13 as well as without considering the facts and circumstances of the case of the petitioner in proper perspectives;

(ii) for, grant any other relief or reliefs under which the petitioner found entitled to the facts and circumstances of the case.

The respondent no.4, the Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Rohtas at Sasaram has to look into the matter. The petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks. If such representation is filed, he is duty bound to take
