2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2014 in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 367. 374/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated owing to village politics. The deposition of the so-called victim being the husband of the informant contradicts the averment in the F.I.R. Petitioner claims clean criminal antecedent.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Kari Sada

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3570 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Jha, learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014, with condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
