Petitioner is not named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Shashi Yadav, who shot fire on the deceased.

No doubt, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case in course of investigation, but taking into consideration the above stated fact as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S.Case No. 87 of 2016.
