This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific allegation of commission of assault is agaisnt other named accused persons, Mukesh Yadav and Videsh Yadav, though the petitioner was present at the time of occurrence. However, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20048 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Dibya Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
