Mr. Bishwa Bibhuti Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Ara Municipal Corporation submitted that petitioner has not deposited a sum of Rs. 2,90,000/- as has been informed in 'Annexure-6 to the writ petition' and no interference is required by this Court as the petitioner has not been able to make out a case that the corporation has not been put at any loss. He further submits that petitioner is also not interested to press the present writ petition as no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, I don't find

Patna High Court CWJC No.21960 of 2012(5) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 that petitioner deserves the relief(s) as claimed for in paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition.
