In the counter affidavit filed, it has been pointed out that Saraiya P.S. Case No.20 of 2015 was lodged and in pursuance of the investigation completed, charge-sheet has been filed for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 326, 307, 427, 436, 326, 302, 153A, 295A and 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the investigations have been conducted by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2051 of 2015 dt.28-11-2016 2/2 police and the charge-sheet filed, the matter now falls within the domain of the learned trial Court. We do not find that any further direction can be issued in the present case.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
