2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has shot at the victim.

5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case for settlement of debt. He further submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties and from the injury

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Be that as it may, considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022.
