2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 74, 303 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ), 109, 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 351 (3) of BNS.

3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely Md. Kalam alleged that on 11.05.2025 at about 7.00 PM, when aunt of informant was preparing cow dung cake in the house , in the meantime , this petitioner along with other coaccused persons entered the house of informant and started abusing her, when informant protested, then co-accused Kharaha Chaudhary tried to outrage the modesty of wife of

No.60428 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/3 informant and when informant came to save her wife , then Kharaha Chaudhary assaulted on the right hand of informant with iron rod as a result of which his right hand got fractured. It is further alleged that co-accused persons also pelted bricks due to which daughter of informant sustained head injury .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Kharah Chaudhary who has already been granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 12.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 48758 of 2025 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I Jehanabad in connection with
