The Petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 342, 307, 302 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. Considering that the Petitioner's name has come in the oral dying declaration, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
