JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chautham P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 1.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 8797 of 2017.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to deposit the alleged amount of Rs.4,85,689/- subject to the decision of the case.

This Court is not inclined to modify the earlier order passed by this Court.

Petitioner may surrender in the court below and at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23961 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 time of prayer for regular bail, he will make submission to the court below that he is ready to deposit Rs.4,85,689/- within a period of two months and in that event the court below will consider the regular bail of the petitioner on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
