2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 232/ 2024 dated 20.04.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 341, 323, 325, 307, 506, 504 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner is a lady, altogether 10 persons, including the petitioner, have been named in the F.I.R., both parties are agnates and in between them there is a land dispute and against the petitioner there is no specific allegation and the alleged occurrence is not said to have been committed in a planned manner and the same is said to have been happened in the spur of the moment on account of some domestic issues. It is further submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70486 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 that though against this petitioner there are criminal antecedents of two cases but in both the said cases she has got bail and moreover, the criminal antecedent cases relate to the simple offences under the IPC.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as the above submissions and mainly the nature of allegation appearing against the petitioner, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 232/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
