The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner when co-accused Rohit Kumar made his confessional statement disclosing this fact that he had sold the stolen motorcycle to the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid material , there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 04.01.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Baniyapur
