Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madanpur P. S. case no. 145/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. There is case and counter case between the parties and petitioners are agnates of the informant of the present case. Annexure 3 series reveal that injured of this case sustained simple injury. Moreover, alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and matter has already been compromised between the parties as is evident from perusal of annexure 4 to the petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
