Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 03-04-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54752 of 2016.

The earlier order passed on 03-04-2017 is a speaking order and has been passed after perusing the records. Therefore, this court does not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
