JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 This application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 20th September 2013 passed by the learned District Judge, Patna in Civil Miscellaneous Transfer Case No. 120 of 2013 whereby and whereunder the transfer petition of the petitioner was rejected. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Title Appeal No. 42 of 2005 has already been disposed of by the Lower Appellate Court, and as such, this application has become infructuous. In view of above submission, this application is dismissed.
