JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 After some argument, Sri Bindhyachal Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to SC-6, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner may avail statutory remedy under the provisions of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to avail statutory remedy.

It goes without saying that if within a period of eight weeks from today, the petitioner approaches the appellate
