ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.1.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No.752 of 2013 registered for the offences under Sections 419, 467 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the present petitioner is wholly frivolous and farfetched. It is further submitted that whatever be the result of the investigation, the petitioner is willing to cooperate and shall present himself before the court below as and when required.
