The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. He has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no material against the petitioner in the whole case diary.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
