The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, while the daughter in law of the informant was going in the car, the five named accused persons fired indiscriminately on her vehicle. It is further stated by the informant that soon thereafter while she herself was moving in her Scorpio vehicle, the nine named accused persons including the petitioner herein resorted to indiscriminate firing. She somehow saved herself. While escaping she saw that the accused persons Kamalkant Kumar and Madan Singh lit her vehicle as a result of which the vehicle

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of village politics. Inspite of indiscriminate firing by fourteen named accused persons no person was injured in the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, no person having been injured in the entire occurrence, the allegations being general and omnibus in nature, the petitioner having remained in custody for 7 months and chargsheet has been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case no. 385 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Bikramganj, Rohtas.
