The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.04 of 2022 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife (O.P. No.2) with full honour and dignity. It is further submitted that O.P. No.2 is in service on the post of Nurse at P.H.C.
Khagaria as is evident from supplementary affidavit.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62749 of 2022(4) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S.
