The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 17.03.2017 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 2873 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner has already filed divorce case prior to filing of this case and this case has been filed with wrong allegation as a counterblast and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration as earlier in Cr. Misc. No. 2873 of 2017 the fact was not considered properly.
