The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 321 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is the own brother of petitioner no. 3 Dudheshwar Paswan. Krishna Paswan and Ajay Paswan the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the sons of petitioner no. 3. There is case and counter case. From the side of the petitioners Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 322 of 2013 is registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant and others were granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5456 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 anticipatory bail. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his family members, but the injuries are simple in nature.

It appears that both the brothers had quarrel with each other and for that there was scuffling between the two sides. The injuries caused to the informant and others are simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 321 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
