In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. case no. 259/2015 registered for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, some unknown persons had committed theft of motorcycle and on the confessional statement of the petitioner, the said motorcycle was recovered from the house of Sonu Kumar.

In view of the fact that the recovery has been made on the confessional statement of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23715 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 is at liberty to renew the prayer for bail after 09 months of custody.
